    Job Description:

    Manufacturing Team Lead – 3rd Shift

    • _Solon, OH_ | 🕒 _Sun-Thurs, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM_ | 💲 _$24–$28/hr (based on experience)_

    We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on **Team Lead** to run our filling, packaging, and mixing operations. In this role, you’ll adjust, set-up and do changeovers—while working alongside a talented team that values safety, quality, and innovation.

    What You’ll Do

    + Ability to work with Manufacturing Manager to coordinate production in an efficient manner while attaining quality.

    + Performs manually and/or tends machines which perform various packaging functions such as, filling, labeling, packing, or closing containers.

    + Responsible for adjustments, set-ups, changeovers, maintenance, cleaning and general operation of various filling and packaging machines.

    + Ability to shut down equipment when problems arise and make informed necessary corrections working across numerous departments.

    + Coordinates and performs routine preventative maintenance of equipment.

    + Identifies, isolates and corrects equipment malfunctions

    + Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of production, labor and scrap incurred during the shift

    + Assures that associates are trained in operations and changeover procedures for appropriate filling and packaging lines

    + Supervises/directs operators and temporary staffing as well as administers policies and procedures.

    + Promotes and follows all Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality guidelines and procedures.

    + Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts on the production floor, reporting incidents appropriately to Manufacturing Manager and Human Resources if necessary.

    + Participate in training and professional development activities.

    What You Bring

    + High School Diploma/GED required

    + 5-7 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment in a supervisory or lead role; preferably filling and packaging experience.

    + Must be able to speak, understand, read, and write English.

    + Must have ability to perform simple math calculations.

    + Must be computer literate.

    + Must be certified to drive all types of forklift.

    Compensation Information:
