    Business Development Manager

     

    National Salvage is seeking a Business Development Manager to not only grow our existing markets, but expand into new markets, regions, and territories. National Salvage is a specialty contractor looking for an individual with experience in industrial sales or a background with large general contractors or engineering firms. The perfect candidate is persistent and not afraid to call on large industrial client projects.

    DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Drive results through innovation and vision

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, environmental consultants and regulatory agencies.

    + Collaborate with operations teams to develop competitive bids and pricing strategies.

    + Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals and compliance standards.

    + Regularly meeting and proactively establishing relationships with new groups

    + Manage multiple priorities through a variety of activities which are dynamic and changing

    + Make connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to follow your lead

    + Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

    MININMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    + Bachelors- degree in business, marketing, or comparable experience

    + Minimum of 10 years sales experience. Industrial Sales and construction experience a plus

    + Proven track record of generating and closing qualified leads

    + Strong proficiency with computers and CRMs

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Respectful of a diverse team
