The Hospital Nutrition Manager oversees the daily operations of the hospital’s nutrition services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and nutritionally appropriate meals for patients, staff, and visitors. This role is responsible for managing clinical and food service staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, developing nutrition programs, and promoting patient satisfaction and wellness through evidence-based dietary practices.
+ Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in hospital nutrition or food service management.
+ Prior supervisory or management experience required.
+ Strong leadership and team-building skills.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
+ Food Safety Manager Certification (e.g., ServSafe) required or obtained within 12 months of hire.
