    Are you a passionate educator with experience supportingyoung learners with special needs? Amergis is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Special EducationTeacher to lead two small groups of students—one in the morning andone in the afternoon—focused on building foundational academic, social, anddevelopmental skills.

     

    This is a high-impact role working with a caseload of 6–8students, where your expertise and care will help shape their earlylearning journey in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

     
     

    + Location: Appleton, WI

    + Grade Levels: Early Childhood (Pre-K–K focus)

    + Caseload: 6–8 students

    + Schedule: Two groups – AM & PM

    + Pay Rate: $50/hour

    + Employment Type: Full-Time

    + Start Date: Immediate openings available

     
     

    + Deliver individualized instruction tailored to developmental and academic needs

    + Support students in communication, behavior regulation, and daily routines

    + Collaborate with families, support staff, and general education teachers

    + Develop and implement IEPs and progress monitoring plans

    + Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment

    ? Requirements:

    + Experience working with children in special education settings

    + Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license (or eligibility)

    + Must pass background checks and drug screening

    + Completion of required trainings (per school and state guidelines)

    + CPR certification and health screenings (as applicable)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
