    Are you passionate about helping students succeed? Amergis Educational Staffing is looking for Instructional Aides to support classrooms across the Greater LA area. You’ll play a key role in helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

     
     

    + Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities

    + Support students with academic and behavioral goals

    + Help implement IEPs and behavior plans (training provided)

    + Work in various school settings—classroom, playground, sensory room, and more

    + Encourage independence and life skills development

    + Maintain confidentiality and follow school guidelines

    ? What You’ll Need:

    + High school diploma or equivalent (required)

    + Experience working with children or in educational settings (preferred)

    + CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate (as applicable)

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Must be at least 18 years old
