    2nd Shift

     

    Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri

     

    3:00pm-11:00pm

     

    Pay Rate: $15.73-$16.22/Hour

    Job Qualifications:

    + Must be at least 21 years old.

    + 2+ Years Security, military or law enforcement experience required.

    + Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

    + Must pass drug screening.

    + Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances.

    + Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication.

    + Have reliable, personal transportation.

    + Must be able to read and understand written instructions, complete standard forms, and logs, compose reports that convey complete information in a legible manner.

    + Strong Computer experience & Customer Service Skills.

    + Comfortable with new technology.

    Job Description:

    + Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees.

    + Self-Motivated with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

    + Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

    + Possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

    + Monitor access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.

    + Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and other incidents, employing appropriate actions as identified in established procedures.

    Education Requirements (All)

     

    High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    Certification Requirements (All)

     

    Alabama Security Regulatory Board License Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
