    **Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** **Supply Chain** team has multiple positions open for **Procurement Analyst (Level 2, 3, or 4)** to join our team in St. Louis. Come join us and be a part of the future of Aerospace!

    Position Responsibilities:

    Associate (Level 2)

    + Measures key performance indicators

    + Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources

    + Prepares reports

    + Reviews procurement/planning systems

    + Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities

    + Coordinates program schedule changes with procurement agents for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation

    + Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements

    + Communicates project objectives and activities

    Mid-Level (Level 3)

    + Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects

    + Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

    + Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan

    + Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategies

    + Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows

    + Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis

    + Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders

    + Develops risk mitigation plan

    Senior (Level 4)

    + Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

    + Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements

    + Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators

    + Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities

    + Leads cross-functional process management activities

    + Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

    + Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement

    + 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Fulfillment

    + 1+ years of experience leading projects

    + 1+ experience analyzing data and metrics to build presentations and make recommendations

    + 1+years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    + Bachelor’s degree or higher

    + Experience with Cognos, Velocity, Order Manager, ERPLN, Tableau

    + Experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized work

    + Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across business units

    + Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units

    + Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

    Export Control Requirement:

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range:

    Associate (Level 2): $67,500 - $78,750

     

    Mid-Level (Level 3): $81,000 - $94,500

     

    Senior (Level 4): $99,000 - $115,500

    Relocation

     

    This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

     

    Security Clearance

     

    This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

     

    Visa Sponsorship
