    Overview

     

    We are currently seeking a National Hiring Manager who will play a critical role in hiring new Sales Representatives nationwide. We need an experience individual who will be able to conduct interviews and grow our sales teams.

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of In-home Sales experience

    + 2+ years of recruiting and hiring experience

    + Ability to screen candidates during the interview process to ensure they are a good fit

    + Demonstrate knowledge of sales process

    + Must live in Texas (remote/hybrid role)

    + Full-time availability

    + Personable with exceptional presentation and communication skills

    + A self-starter that works well independently

    + Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
