About Coeur d'Alene Resort: Our resort is known for exceptional hospitality and upscale accommodations. We are seeking a reliable and guest-focused individual to join our Room Service team in a unique dual role as Lead Cashier and Room Service Server.

The Role: This position combines the leadership and accuracy of a cashier with the personalized service of a server. You'll ensure smooth cash handling and order coordination, while also delivering meals and beverages directly to guest rooms with courtesy and care.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead cashier responsibilities, including managing payments, reconciling cash, and ensuring accuracy at the register

+ Support room service operations by coordinating orders and maintaining smooth communication with the kitchen and service teams

+ Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and courteously to guest rooms

+ Set up trays and present meals with attention to detail and guest satisfaction

+ Handle guest requests professionally and address concerns quickly

+ Keep work areas, carts, and equipment clean and organized

+ Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

What We're Looking For:

+ Previous food service or cashier experience preferred

+ Strong leadership skills with attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and guest service skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

+ Professional appearance and positive attitude

+ Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Full-time hours available (typical shifts 2 PM – 10 or 11 PM)

Compensation:

+ Lead Cashier: $8.00/hour + tips

+ Room Service Server: $4.35/hour + tips
