    Schedule: Full-time

    Summary:

    As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. This leadership position involves creating and executing strategic operational plans, directing and mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standard of care for residents.

     

    We are seeking a results-driven leader who fosters teamwork, champions a culture of continuous improvement, and is committed to the professional growth and development of staff while ensuring exceptional resident care.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions.

    + Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations.

    + Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to achieve quality and financial goals.

    + Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate department leaders and staff.

    + Maintain high resident satisfaction by ensuring compassionate, person-centered care.

    + Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and oversee billing and reimbursement processes.

    + Lead quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.

    + Promote a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for residents and staff.

    Qualifications:

    + Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of Iowa (or ability to obtain).

    + Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) environment.

    + Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and state/federal regulations.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
