About the Role: Lead Server

As a Lead Server, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Brio in Johnston.

As a Lead Server, you will:

+ Provide knowledgeable, friendly service by answering menu questions and making drink suggestions.

+ Ensure timely, high-quality food and drink service while maintaining table appearance and cleanliness.

+ Monitor food presentation and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

+ Promote a safe, comfortable dining experience and promptly address guest concerns.

+ Collaborate with team members, follow safety and sanitation procedures, and complete side work efficiently.
