**Title:** Sr. Finance Analyst

Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control.

What you will be responsible for:

+ Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting efforts including free cash flow.

+ Prepare various monthly charts and analyses including Key Program Metrics, Administrative Performance Metrics, etc.

+ Responsible for administrative activities associated with estimate to complete (ETC) updates, research and correction of problems and general maintenance systems under direct supervision.

+ Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for Senior Management as requested using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Hyperion.

+ Support for data collection from profit centers and key programs as needed.

+ Special projects as assigned or directed, such as Program Management Reviews, ad hoc management presentations, Board presentations, etc.

+ Maintain good working relationships with divisional accounting, cross functional leaders, and corporate staff, providing support as needed.

+ All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

What you will need to be successful in this role:

+ Required: Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university.

+ Preferred: Master’s degree (M.A.) or MBA.

+ At least 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

+ CostPoint experience a plus.

+ Preferred:

+ Knowledgeable of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and supplements.

+ Understanding of Cost Accounting Standards.

+ Experience with government proposal pricing, programs, cost account management, Earned Value Management and Truth in Negotiations Act

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
