    The Client Engineering team manages user devices globally for Ford. This team collaborates with other departments across the enterprise to provide the best experience for our employees. The team has played a significant role in Ford's digital transformation, emphasizing user experience by transitioning to cloud-native solutions that allow employees to work efficiently from anywhere at Ford.

     

    + Design, implement, and manage configurations for Windows, iOS, and Android clients using Intune.

    + Collaborate with security teams to implement Microsoft endpoint security stack via Intune.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues for Windows, iOS & Android client engineering.

    + Use Microsoft Graph API to automate Intune tasks, manage devices, and generate reports.

    + Implement Power BI for creating custom reports from Intune data.

    + Create and deploy PowerShell scripts for device configurations, automation, and troubleshooting.

    + Track device compliance and produce reports to monitor performance and security metrics.

    + Leverage Intune's remediation features to proactively identify and resolve common support issues before they affect end-users.

    + Keep current with the latest trends and technologies in endpoint management and security.

    Qualifications:

    + 5+ Experience with Windows, iOS & Android device management using Intune.

    + 2+ years of experience in Windows, iOS & Android client Wi-Fi engineering.

    + 2+ years of familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra, and Conditional Access.

    + 2+ years of proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, or Python for automation and system management tasks

    + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

    Technical Skills:

    + Experience deploying Windows Update for Business.

    + Experience configuring and managing Windows 365.

    + Experience deploying Windows computers using Autopilot and iOS devices using Apple Automated device Enrollment

    + General understanding of Microsoft Config Manager

    + Solid understanding of software development practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.

    + Experience with Windows application Development (C#/WPF/UWP)
