    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate batching equipment to produce ready mix concrete according to specifications

    + Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate deliveries

    + Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment

    + Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

    + Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and plant personnel

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills

    + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
