    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate haul trucks and other heavy mobile equipment to transport raw materials within the quarry.

    + Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment.

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operations.

    + Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations.

    + Assist with general labor and clean-up duties as needed.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a quarry or similar environment.

    + Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard recognition.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs.

    + Reliable attendance and punctuality.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment.

    + Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing on and off equipment.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

    + Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate controls and monitor equipment.

    + Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and outdoor environments for long durations.

    + Starting Pay $22.00 per hour DOE
