    Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Sr. Process Technician - Sterility Assurance to join their team. As a Sr. Process Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Process department supporting the TSMS Sterility Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Sr. Process Technician - Sterility Assurance

    **Location:** Durham, North Carolina

     

    Pay Range: Competative dependent on years of experience

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide continuous support of parenteral operations to enhance and improve assurance of sterile product manufacture.

    + Work closely with Operations and Environmental Monitoring personnel during all aseptic production activities.

    + Coach, audit, and communicate within the Aseptic Processing areas to monitor and reinforce best aseptic practices.

    + Lead and organize remediation activities from day-to-day unplanned events or shutdown activities.

    + Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that procedures are followed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical experience supporting cGMP manufacturing.

    + Experience with parenteral drug product manufacturing.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively.
