Our client, in consumer food goods industry is seeking an **Engineering Specialist** to join their team. As part of the Maintenance Team, will perform implementation and transfer maintenance plans to a new system. The ideal candidate will think critically, have an interest in digital tools and process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Specialist

Pay Range: $40 - $50 hourly (W2 only, NO C2C)

Contract: 1 Years (extension possible)

What’s the Job?

+ Support the successful implementation of a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

+ Be involved in developing and delivering training materials, working closely with both salaried and union employees to ensure adoption and effective use of the system

+ Show a strong work ethic and initiative in learning new digital tools and maintenance systems.

+ Develop a deep understanding of the new CMMS platform and how it supports maintenance operations.

+ Partner with maintenance leadership to develop and customize training materials (e.g., guides, presentations, quick reference sheets).

What’s Needed?

+ Pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.

+ Open to adjacent degrees such as Information Systems, Operations Management, or related technical fields.

+ Comfortable working on the factory floor and interacting with cross-functional teams.

+ Previous exposure to maintenance, reliability, or industrial systems is a plus.

+ Helpful experience but not required: CMMS (Centralized Maintenance Management System); SAP PM or IBM Maximo; MS Dynamics; DMS (Digital Maintenance Systems)
