    Our client in Annandale, Virginia is looking for an Onsite Property Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask while staying organized, customer service oriented with a positive attitude, and have excellent communication skills.     **Job Title:** Onsite Property Manager

    **Location:** Annandale, VA

    **Pay Range:** $25.00hr & up

    **Schedule:** Mon - Fri **,** 8am-5pm

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Manage office-related duties including property site tours and handling general inquiries from tenants and prospective buyers.

    + Greeting and engaging with residents & potential residents

    + Issuing key fobs, pool passes, parking tags, and explaining rules and regulations

    + Serve as a recording secretary during board meetings

    + Coordinate move-in and move-out schedules and provide information on the process and procedures

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Strong verbal and written communication

    + Previous experience in property management

    + Attention to detail

    + Time management

    + Ability to problem solve

    + Reliable transportation to report off hours in case of emergencies.
