Description We are looking for a Corporate Development Associate to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance expert to contribute to strategic growth initiatives and investment decisions. The ideal candidate will excel in financial modeling, due diligence, and purchase agreement evaluations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence for potential acquisitions and investment opportunities.

• Build and refine complex financial models to assess investment viability and forecast outcomes.

• Evaluate purchase agreements and ensure compliance with financial and legal standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze critical business data.

• Provide detailed reports and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor and assess market trends to identify opportunities for corporate growth.

• Assist in negotiations and discussions related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

• Stay updated with industry practices, ensuring alignment with financial best practices.

• Support leadership in developing strategies for long-term financial success. Requirements • Proven expertise in conducting due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or investments.

• Advanced skills in financial modeling, including investment analysis and forecasting.

• Strong understanding of purchase agreements and their implications in corporate transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is preferred.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
