Summary This position is located at DeAnza Sports & Fitness, Fort Hunter Liggett, CA The DeAnza Sports and Fitness Center offers a wide variety equipment and classes along with personal training and certified staff on site to help you accomplish your fitness goals. Classes include Functional Fitness, Wellbeats virtual classes. Responsibilities Assists patrons in the use of the facility and issues recreation equipment. Provides safety instructions and demonstrates the use of equipment and cleans equipment as needed. Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments and related functions. Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory as well as receive and resolve customer complaints. Responsible for cash drawer/money handling using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
