Job Responsibilities:

+ Work in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, One Note, Excel, etc. to enter and update project data

+ Update website information for Crown sites as required

+ InfoLink Software and Communication troubleshooting

+ Infolink Hardware installation and troubleshooting

+ Assist with customer calls in our call center

+ Prepare spreadsheets, reports, power points, etc.

+ Other IT and customer service related tasks as required, based on experience

Job Qualifications:

+ Experience working with customers

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Experience using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Experience with wireless troubleshooting and/or SQL is a plus, but not required

+ Enrolled in a MIS, IT or other technology/business program.
