    **Location:** Clifton/Newark, NJ

    **Pay Range:** $22.00 – $24.00/hour (Based on experience)

    **Schedule:** Full-Time | Flexible, including weekends/holidays

    **Department:** Supply Chain

    **Reports To:** Director of Supply Chain

    **Status:** Exempt

    **Adecco is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator** to oversee and manage inventory control across **three facilities** in the Clifton and Newark area. This is a key role within the Supply Chain team, responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating variances, and driving process improvements in our ERP system ( **BatchMaster** ).

    Position Summary:

    The Inventory Coordinator ensures all raw materials and finished goods inventory are accurately tracked, recorded, and optimized to meet internal and customer demands. You will lead cycle counting activities, correct inventory variances, and champion ERP system improvements while collaborating closely with warehouse and supply chain personnel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Control

    + Conduct and coordinate cycle counts for raw and finished goods

    + Use **ABC analysis** to prioritize counts

    + Investigate and correct inventory variances in **BatchMaster (BM)**

    + Collaborate with freezer operators for recounts and adjustments

    + Ensure accurate and timely closure of all inventory transactions

    System & Process Improvements

    + Lead enhancements and efficiencies in inventory control within BatchMaster

    + Monitor and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and ERP data

    + Provide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

    Leadership in Inventory Accuracy

    + Lead and participate in Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) initiatives

    + Develop and apply reason codes for adjustments

    + Generate reporting and metrics to track and improve inventory accuracy

    Additional Responsibilities:

    + Uphold and enforce **GMP standards** and company policies across all facilities

    + Attend management meetings and provide insights and data to support decision-making

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, operations, and supply chain teams

    Required Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Strong experience in physical inventory and variance reconciliation

    + Proficient in **Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook**

    + Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends/holidays

    + Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs

    + Must be able to read and write in English

    Preferred Skills:

    + Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations

    + ERP experience, especially with **BatchMaster** , is a strong plus

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
