ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LCSW or LMHC to join our growing behavioral health program. This provider will provide therapeutic interventions, counseling, and support to clients with diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The LMHC or LCSW is responsible for:

+ Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs

+ Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based therapeutic modalities

+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (primary care, psychiatrist, other team members) to ensure coordinated care and treatment continuity

+ Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources, facilitating referrals to community sources and support services as needed

+ Documenting in a timely and thorough manner

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds

+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with care team

+ Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional integrity

+ Strong communication skills

+ Strong medical decision-making skills

+ Displaying a caring and professional attitude at all times

SCHEDULE DETAILS:

+ Schedule Details: Monday – Friday

+ Hospitals covered: AH Apopka

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

+ Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Mental Health Counseling (LMHC)

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, REGISTRATION:

+ Current, valid Florida LCSW or LMHC license

+ BLS
