    The Supply Chain Management team is dedicated to overseeing the purchase of equipment, merchandise and supplies within the organization’s guidelines for cost, quality and accurate delivery. Staff may receive, stock and transport a variety of items to and from off-site locations, handle messenger pickups and deliveries outside the facilities, maintain stockroom inventories, route incoming goods to proper departments and research or negotiate products according to quality, price and value standards.

     

    As the Manager, Materials Management Information Systems (MMIS), you are responsible for ensuring date integrity and adherence to established business rules of the MMIS. You will provide comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of purchasing trends, patterns, and processes to determine supply usage across the system, ERP system upgrades and testing, and accurate item file maintenance. You will identify standardization opportunities and recommend processes to reduce cost and improve contract compliance. In this role, you are responsible for information gathering, vendor relations, proposal and contract review, preparation of monthly dashboards on department progress, project analysis, and Value Analysis Teams (VATs) oversight.

    **Minimum Qualifications:** Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related health field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or related work experience. Three (3) years of progressively responsible healthcare materials management experience. Leadership or supervisory experience.

    **Preferred Qualifications:** Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Health Care Administration, or related field. Experience with purchasing or service contracts, contract negotiation, or a national or local Group Purchasing experience.
