We provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and psychosocial challenges—helping them restore confidence and independence in everyday living.

What You’ll Do as a Home Health Occupational Therapist:

+ Provide skilled occupational therapy to patients in their homes based on individualized treatment plans.

+ Develop purposeful activities and interventions designed to improve physical, emotional, and cognitive function.

+ Evaluate patient progress and revise plans of care as necessary to achieve maximum functional independence.

+ Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment to support daily living and safety.

+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure well-coordinated, high-quality care.

+ Document all care, assessments, and interventions clearly and in a timely manner.

+ Support patients as they work to regain the skills needed for dressing, grooming, cooking, bathing, and other essential daily activities.

About You

Qualifications – What You’ll Bring:

+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution.

+ Current OT license in the state of employment and in good standing with the appropriate state board.

+ Ability to work independently and adapt to varied home environments.

+ Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

+ Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

+ 1+ year of occupational therapy experience

+ Home health or community-based rehab

+ Geriatric, neurological, psychiatric, or cardiopulmonary therapy

+ Interdisciplinary team collaboration
