What you'll do...

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Civil Engineering will be responsible for supporting the Walmart Realty group from a civil engineering perspective. You will be responsible for advising and recommending sound engineering judgement, along with reviewing civil design documents associated with our Remodel program.

What you’ll do:

+ Review civil consultant design deliverables for the Remodel program.

+ Support the PMD team on civil related matters.

+ Provide recommendation and review of outparcel documents and DOT roadway improvements for our Portfolio team.

+ Support FS on civil related requests associated with the parking field.

+ Manage and maintain civil related guidelines, specifications, and design tools.

+ Manage the Civil Engineering Consultant (CEC) collective.

What you’ll bring:

+ Effective cross-functional coordination.

+ Strong understanding of real estate development and land development engineering.

+ Schedule and deadline oriented, including responsiveness to requests.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in real estate development, engineering or architectural design, construction management, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in real estate development, engineering or architectural design, construction management, project management, or related area.
