    Job Title: Market Segment Leader, Americas

     

    Summary:As the America’s Market Segment Leader, you are accountable for defining and executing regional strategies that drive share, volume, and profitability across key product families within the Construction Sealants portfolio. This role is responsible for the America’s region (NAM + LATAM) but will liaise heavily with the other regional counterparts and the global team. You will own the product lifecycle from cradle to grave. You’re a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product development — from conception through release. Do you have the experience or the confidence to potentially lead cross-functional teams to successfully create and launch innovative products that enhance customer experience, drive sustainability, expand market share, and are aligned with business priorities, if so, we want you on our team!

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Develop and execute targeted marketing, training, and engagement programs that translate growth strategies into measurable campaigns, drive product preference, and expand presence in underpenetrated areas.

    + Identify new product opportunities, grounded in market needs and customer insights.

    + Lead product development projects from concept to launch using the NPDI system (stage & gate approach), collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, R&D, operations, marcomms and sales.

    + Monitor regional industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, emerging building codes and regulatory changes to align product development and marketing efforts.

    + Identify and influence early-stage project opportunities, collaborating with sales and technical teams to drive pipeline conversion and accelerate market adoption.

    + Track and analyze project pipelines, specification activity, and market dynamics to inform product, marketing, and channel decisions

    + Other duties as assigned

May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk, lift, carry and move light to medium weight. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and learn technical information.     Qualifications:

    The following are required for the role

     

    + 7+ years of strategic marketing and/or product management experience OR 4+ years of strategic marketing and/or product management experience with a bachelor's degree

    + Prior experience with building regional strategies for growth

    + Prior experience in managing product lifecycle processes, including research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development and product launch.

    + Proven ability to translate insights into compelling strategy documents (business cases, technical requirements, revenue projections and ROI analysis)

    + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams comprised of sales, R&D, ops, etc. developing & launching new products

    + Strong persuasive communication skills

    + Travel is up to 20%

     

    The following a preferred for the role

     

    + 5+ years within construction industry, silicone sealant or related products

    + Masters of Business Administration (MBA)

    + Experience in sustainability and energy efficient building trends related to green building practices

     

    What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $107,000 - $156,750

     

    The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable .     Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
