    Commercial Tire Technician – In-Shop

    McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a reliable and motivated In-Shop Tire Technician to join our team. This is a non-driving position focused on in-shop service and repair work. If you're looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with strong growth potential, we want to hear from you.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires in shop.

    + Carry out repair work for customers as directed by the Service Manager.

    + Assist with loading and unloading of trailers or box trucks.

    + Use tire equipment such as balancers, mounting machines, and other tools; maintain equipment as needed.

    + Recognize acceptable and defective tires/wheels and mark accordingly.

    + Determine when tires, wheels, or other parts should be repaired or replaced and clearly communicate work performed to customers.

    + Follow all safety procedures, training, and company policies.

    + Take on additional duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

    + Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

    + Must be authorized to work in the United States.
