    Position Details:

    **Location:** BayCare Systems Office - Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)

    **Shift:** 8am - 5pm; Tuesday-Thursday (In-office)

    **Status:** Fulltime Exempt

    The Manager IS PMO Portfolio:

    + Provides oversight for deployment of multi-phased/ complex system implementations including planning, change management, communication, resource management, testing, training, governance, budgeting, and delivering quality solutions.

    + Supervises project managers and other IS team members and works closely with project sponsors and key executives to oversee the centralized management of the portfolio.

    + Achieves organizational objectives related to implementation of successful projects.

    + These projects may be located at the hospitals, clinics, outpatient locations or physician practices.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + **Required Certification:** Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Profession (PgMP) or Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP).

    + **Required Experience:** 5 years Project Management and 2 years in a leadership role as defined to include BayCare leadership development classes, mentoring or team member development.

    + **Required Education:** Bachelors - Related Field; Preferred - Masters - Related Field
