    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to load haul trucks with raw materials

    + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks

    + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

    + Monitor material quality and report inconsistencies or hazards

    + Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations

    What Are We Looking For

    + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive manner

    + Strong awareness of safety standards and procedures

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules

    + Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with company policies

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
