    Our client, a rigging solutions company is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be organized, have clear communication skills and a high level of customer service which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Field Service Supervisor

     

    Pay Range: $25-$28

     

    Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Responsible for communications between Team and the Service Branch Office.

    + Ensuring thorough and efficient services are completed to the customer's expectations and satisfaction.

    + Managing Team development in accordance with company guidelines.

    + Lead the team by example by troubleshooting, leading technical procedures and inspections and ensuring their safety at all times.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High school diploma required.

    + Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

    + Construction and/or Inspection experience a plus!

    + 2+ years supervisory and/or leadership experience highly preferred.

    + Ability to operate a service vehicle.
