    We are a dynamic property management group dedicated to providing high-quality service and well-maintained living spaces for our residents. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors to join our team, specifically in the Coconut Creek area. MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

    Position Overview:

    The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing general property maintenance and repairs, with a focus on household appliances, HVAC systems, and electrical work. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Inspect, diagnose, and repair household appliances, HVAC systems, and electrical components.

    + Perform routine property maintenance, preventative upkeep, and emergency repairs.

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA safety guidelines and property management standards.

    + Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and management in a timely manner.

    + Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

    + Communicate or coordinate with 3rd party technicians/vendors.

    + Collaborate with property management staff to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in property maintenance, household appliance repair, and general building systems.

    + HVAC certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

    + Electrical experience required; certification a plus.

    + OSHA training/experience highly valued.

    + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

    + Must be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
