    Compensation Range: $60,000 – $75,000

    Who are we looking for?

     

    + Previous experience as a Technician, Service Advisor or Dispatcher

    + CDK experience

    + Ability to communicate with techs, advisors, managers

    + Team player

    + Process-oriented

    + Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

     

    What will you be doing?

     

    + The Dispatcher plans and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs.

    + Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy

    + Assign work to the correct technician level

    + Review hard copies turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been completed properly

    + Ensure technicians complete the multi-point vehicle inspection forms

    + Complete a dispatch log daily and turn into Service Management at end of shift

    + Maintain a record of carryover vehicles

    + Spot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completion

    + Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc.

    The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($60,000 – $75,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

     

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
