13401BRJob Description:Keetac Senior Area Manager of Operations and Maintenance Plants
Responsibilities:
+ Overall responsibility for operations (production and maintenance), Safety, Environmental, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
+ Provide oversight and leadership to the Concentrating and Agglomeration Operating and Maintenance Departments.
+ Ensuring that customer requirements are met using effective communication among all stakeholders, both internal and external.
+ Leading efforts to identify, implement and document profitability improvements. This includes collaborative stakeholder engagement with large-scale projects.
+ Develop annual business plans with the FPA and other business partners. This includes visibility of large-scale projects/outages, and equipment purchases.
+ Drive the metrics of key performance indicators including productivity, reliability, other applicable, key metrics.
+ Develops management employees to improve current performance and anticipate future opportunities. This includes coaching and mentoring of new shift manager and coordinator level employees.
+ Engages unionized employees (recognizing our commitment to the entire workforce) to improve current performance and assist in identifying opportunities for improvement.
+ Manages the implementation of a facility expansion including training and staffing of new personnel.
+ Implements and utilizes enterprise resource planning systems (e.g.Oracle, SAP)
+ Employs Lean Six-sigma practices to manage managers and supervision of unionized workforce
+ Acts as a liaison and reports to high level stakeholders to include SVP level leadership
+ Employs problem solving skills to include Root Cause Failure Analysis experience
+ Manages maintenance programs through the use of software and other tools
+ Leads safety investigations that include multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
+ Bachelor or Graduate degree in Engineering, Business, or Manufacturing leadership
+ 10 years of experience in large manufacturing environment within a union shops
+ Reliability centered maintenance experience and facilitation
+ Business level accounting experience and development of large-scale budgets
+ Cultural transformation work and leadership of large-scale organizations
+ Computer literacy is essential to include Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
+ This is a safety sensitive position requiring drug and alcohol testing
+ The salary range of $135,000.38 to $202,500.58 is a good faith estimate, however, based on candidate skills/experience, the final offer may be lower/higher
