Salary: $25 / Hour

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Instructional Aides and Behavior Technicians to join our after-school program team. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our students. Key responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with homework, organizing activities, managing behaviors, and ensuring the well-being of all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist in planning and implementing daily after-school program activities.

+ Develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to boost children's development

+ Maintain a safe and positive environment for the children.

+ Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility

+ Follow all program policies and procedures

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience working with children is preferred.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
