    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a much respected school in Southbridge, MA , currently seeking a full-time Middle School Science Teacher to support students in grades 6–8 for the 2025–2026 academic year.     Position Overview

    As a Middle School Science Teacher, you will follow the district’s provided curriculum to deliver engaging and effective instruction. You’ll be responsible for creating lesson plans, managing the classroom environment, assessing student progress, and adjusting instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

     

    Schedule

     

    Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 2:15 PM

     

    Start Date: August 25, 2025 (Students)

     

    Professional Development/Orientation may occur prior to student start

     

    Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr

    Key Responsibilities

    + Deliver science instruction to students in grades 6–8

    + Create and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards

    + Develop and administer assessments to monitor student progress

    + Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on student performance

    + Adapt instruction and materials to meet the needs of all learners

    + Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

    Qualifications

    + Active Massachusetts teaching license in Middle School Science

    + Prior teaching experience preferred

    + Strong classroom management and instructional skills
