    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is proud to partner with a charter school , currently seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide in-person services across multiple campuses in Lawrence, MA. This is a great opportunity to support students’ physical development in a collaborative and mission-driven school environment.

    Position Overview

    As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a caseload of approximately 10 students (subject to change) across campuses, supporting students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to promote student mobility, strength, and independence.

     

    Schedule

     

    Flexible scheduling available

     

    Up to 10 hours/week

     

    Services may be provided between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

     

    Start Date: August 25, 2025

     

    Pay Rate: $55–$65/hr

     

    Mileage reimbursement available for travel between campuses

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide on-site physical therapy services across campuses

    + Collaborate with school teams to support student development

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    + Adapt therapy plans to meet individual student needs

    + Communicate effectively with families and school staff

    Qualifications

    + Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

    + Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license

    + Experience working with children with diverse physical needs preferred

    + Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

    + Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy principles

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
