This outstanding opportunity allows you to provide critical implementation, operational, and maintenance support for our enterprise applications, ensuring a stable and high-performance systems environment. Your role will be essential in supporting analytical software and dedicated hardware for our laboratories, as well as providing administrative support for server-based laboratory applications.

Essential Functions and Other Job Information:

Essential Functions

+ Troubleshoot and resolve application-specific support issues to maintain flawless system performance.

+ Install and maintain enterprise and laboratory application software, including dedicated hardware, and implement application code deployments and configuration changes.

+ Seamlessly complete change requests and qualifications.

+ Liaise with internal groups and vendors to ensure world-class collaboration and support.

Job Complexity:

You will work on problems of limited scope, following standard practices and procedures to analyze situations or data and find readily obtainable answers. Your ambition and dedication will help you tackle these challenges with proven strategies.
