POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Suffolk County Community College anticipates the following adjunct vacancies for the Fall 2025 semester. These vacancies are for day, evening and weekend classes.

HSC 100- Intro to Health Careers

HSC 101-Health Concepts

HSC 110-Medical Terminology

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

Master’s degree or higher in a health-related field (public health, health education, nutrition, or related field).

or

Bachelor's degree in discipline/related field AND Master’s degree in relevant discipline with earned graduate level coursework in discipline/related field.

HIRING SALARY:

The exact salary will be determined by prior teaching experience and placement on the salary scale negotiated by the Faculty Association of Suffolk County Community College.
