Job Functions:

+ Assist with title and registering new vehicles

+ Help with renewing tags/registration semiannually

+ File paperwork

+ Communicate with vendors to assign trucks to stores

+ Add new vendors in Accounts Payable

+ Help with toll violations

+ Other duties assigned as needed

+ Submitting payments to dealerships

+ Fill out Bill of Sale and notarize for sold vehicles

+ Transport Pool/fleet Vehicles to various locations

+ Coordinating Pickup and Delivery for Tireshop/Fleet vehicles

Education and Qualifications:

+ High school Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous fleet management experience preferred

Skills and Physical Demands:

+ Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic Microsoft Excel platforms.

+ Soft Skills: Customer service skills; detail oriented; ability to clearly communicate through written and oral communication. the ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task and work independently as well as part of a team

+ Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.

+ Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

+ Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.

+ Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
