Our Santa Barbara clinic is growing, and we’re seeking a full-time Clinic Director Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who thrives in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

The Role

Our Clinic Director role is a unique opportunity for a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead their peers and manage a clinic. You will build lasting relationships with your patients while providing direct patient care to include initial evaluation and assessment of patient needs, administering weekly treatments, and monitoring ongoing progress of patients. Clinic Directors run every aspect of our clinics locally – from census management to selection and management of their team.

This is an outpatient role with a set Monday–Friday schedule—perfect for providers who value work-life balance.

Qualifications

+ Active PA-C or NP license in California (required)

+ Passion for men’s health, preventative medicine, and patient education

+ Experience in a busy clinic or outpatient setting preferred

+ Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently

+ Eager to become a subject matter expert

+ Strong servant style leadership approach and experience
