    Responsibilities:

    + 1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industry

    + Excellent written and oral communication skills

    + Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency

    + Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship

    + Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees and assisting customers

    + Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends

    + Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor

     

    What We Need From Your (Requirements)

     

    + Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls

    + Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building

    + Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries

    + Check insurance, identification and update systems

    + Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets

    + Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more
