• Digital Marketing /Email Campaign Manager

    Duration: 6 months contract (Hybrid)

    Job Description:

    + We are seeking a consultant to join our Ads Product Marketing team.

    + This role will focus on driving customer adoption and growth through targeted email and performance marketing initiatives.

    + The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise in email marketing and a data-driven mindset to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

    Responsibilities:

    + Own and execute email marketing campaigns (segmentation, targeting, execution, reporting).

    + Leverage customer behavior data to identify opportunities, build targeted lists, and deliver prescriptive messaging.

    + Partners with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Go-to-Market) to align campaigns with business priorities.

    + Develop and optimize performance marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

    + Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, making ongoing data-driven optimizations.

    Experience:

    + 3+ years of experience in email and performance marketing with proven results.

    + Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

    + Hands-on experience with campaign management, reporting, and optimization.

    + Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem (publisher-side preferred).

    + Industry background in media, news, entertainment, gaming, or app publishers.

    + Exposure to lifecycle marketing as a broader benchmark.

    Education:

    + Bachelor Degree or Equivalent experience in related field.
