As a Line Cook, you’ll assist in creating menu items and ensuring guests are presented with a meal they can’t receive elsewhere. What will I do?

+ Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling a variety of tasks

+ Preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals

+ Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products

+ Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high standards

+ Comply with applicable State Restaurant Health Codes and Regulations

Required Qualifications

+ 1 or more years’ experience working as a line cook

+ Knife skills

+ Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine

Preferred Qualifications

+ Associate's or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts

+ Experience working on multiple kitchen stations

+ Experience working a variety of positions in the restaurant or hospitality industry
