    Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking a Retail Associate to join their team. As a Retail Associate, you will be part of a vibrant environment supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to handle cash transactions, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Retail Associate

    **Location:** 7540 Washington Blvd. Suite C Elkridge, MD 21075

    **Pay Range:** $18 per hour

    **Shift:** M-F 7-4 (hours and shifts may vary based on business needs)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide excellent customer service to both large and small restaurant clients, as well as everyday customers.

    + Handle cash, checks, and invoices accurately and responsibly.

    + Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.

    + Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 2-3 years of retail experience.

    + Experience as a cashier with a strong understanding of cash handling.

    + Demonstrated customer service experience.

    + An outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.

    + Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work well in a team environment.
