    **Our client,** a leader in the facilities and maintenance industry, is seeking an **HVAC Technician** to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting facilities operations. The ideal candidate will have **strong troubleshooting skills** , **attention to detail** , and **a commitment to safety** , which will align successfully in the organization.

    **Job Title:** HVAC Technician

    **Location:** MA, Andover,

    **Pay Range:** $44.68 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related components.

    + Perform routine and preventive maintenance following set schedules.

    + Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and determine repair solutions.

    + Adjust system controls and test system performance.

    + Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED (trade school or technical certification preferred).

    + EPA Section 608 Certification.

    + 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

    + Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, controls, and safety standards.
