    We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our clients team. This role involves overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits management,

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

    • Oversee human resources administration tasks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

    • Develop and manage benefit programs, including enrollment and communication with employees.

    • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

    • Drive talent acquisition efforts by managing recruitment strategies and processes.

    • Implement succession planning initiatives to prepare for future leadership needs.

    • Collaborate with department leaders to address workforce planning and development.

    • Provide guidance and support to managers on human resources policies and best practices.

    • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an HR Manager

    • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

    • Experience with succession planning and workforce development.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
