    Accounts Receivable Specialist

     

    Schedule: Monday – Friday | 100% On-Site

     

    Temp - 4 months

     

    Pay: $21–$25hr DOE

    Overview:

    We are seeking a temp Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team for the next 3-4 months. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and account maintenance while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process and post invoices and payments daily with accuracy.

    + Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

    + Collect payments on past-due accounts and monitor credit limits.

    + Maintain sales tax exemption certificates and related documentation.

    + Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports.

    + Support month-end close activities to ensure deadlines are met.

    + Organize and maintain all records and paperwork related to accounts receivable.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s in Accounting preferred.

    + Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable and collections experience.

    + Knowledge of GAAP principles.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.); SAP experience a plus.

    + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.

    + Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
