    Description

    Robert Half is partnered with a top Minneapolis law firm searching for a 3-6 year Litigation Associate to join the firm's top tier construction litigation practice. You will work on complex and sophisticated legal matters for construction industry clients. Your practice will be an interesting and broad one running the gamut of issues Construction companies encounter, including: Construction Defect, Employment, Personal Injury, and Contracts Disputes.

    Requirements

    Bring your excellent communication skills and strong interest in the construction industry. Prior construction industry or legal experience is preferred but not required

     

    You have experience managing large document productions/discovery (multi hundred thousand documents)

     

    3- 6 years of Litigation experience

     

    Construction Litigation experience preferred, but not required, if you have other complex litigation experience.
