Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Farmington, Connecticut. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing financial data, supporting business systems, and driving informed decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of financial processes and tools to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support and enhance business systems, ensuring optimal performance.

• Utilize Confluence and other tools to manage documentation and streamline processes.

• Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports to support financial operations.

• Apply data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.

• Assist in managing accounting functions, including auditing and compliance.

• Support budget processes and contribute to capital management strategies.

• Ensure financial reporting aligns with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows and efficiencies.

• Provide expertise in CRM systems to enhance financial data integration and management. Requirements • Proven experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst or similar role.

• Proficiency in business systems and financial tools.

• Hands-on experience with Confluence and CRM platforms.

• Advanced knowledge of Crystal Reports and data mining techniques.

• Strong understanding of accounting functions, auditing, and compliance.

• Familiarity with budget processes and capital management.

• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
